Support Services

Keep your digital systems stable, useful and ready for what comes next.

From day-to-day website care and bug fixes to performance, security, migrations and project rescue, we provide practical technical support with clear ownership.

Continuity Matters

Support should protect the experience and the team behind it.

Technical support is not only about responding when something breaks. It is also about reducing preventable risk, keeping important journeys reliable and making ongoing changes without losing the context behind the system.

When This Goal Fits

Start with the situation you are in now.

  1. Your website or store needs dependable ongoing care

Updates, content changes, monitoring and technical improvements need a clear owner.

  2. Bugs are affecting customers or internal teams

Issues need to be reproduced, prioritized and resolved without creating new instability.

  3. Performance or security needs attention

Slow pages, vulnerable components, malware or hosting issues are creating risk.

  4. A migration or deployment needs experienced support

The move must account for data, content, URLs, integrations, access and rollback planning.

  5. A project has stalled or become difficult to manage

The current state needs to be assessed before anyone promises a rescue plan.

Recommended Starting Points

The right route depends on what must become true first.

Choose the closest starting point. The final engagement may combine selected services from more than one pathway, but it should never become a bundle without a clear reason.

  • Ongoing website and commerce care service pathway

    Ongoing website and commerce care

Maintain the systems customers use and the content, updates and improvements the internal team needs, with reliable delivery.

  • Application and product support service pathway

Resolve issues, maintain releases and improve existing custom websites, web applications and mobile products, with clear delivery priorities.

  • Performance, security and recovery service pathway

    Performance, security and recovery

Investigate technical risk, restore stability and improve the conditions that affect speed and reliability, with clear delivery priorities.

  • Migration and deployment support service pathway

    Migration and deployment support

Plan and manage technical change with documented dependencies, validation and release controls, with clear priorities for reliable delivery.

Connected Roadmap

Begin with the condition of the system, not a promise made too early.

Triage service outcome

Triage

Understand the issue, urgency, business impact, access and any immediate risk.

Diagnose service outcome

Diagnose

Reproduce the problem, review dependencies and distinguish the cause from visible symptoms.

Stabilise and resolve service outcome

Stabilise and resolve

Protect the critical journey, implement the approved fix and test affected areas.

Reduce recurrence service outcome

Reduce recurrence

Document the work and recommend maintenance, monitoring or structural improvements where justified.

Connected Scope

Build the scope around the outcome, not the size of the service list.

  • Routine maintenance, updates and content support
  • Bug investigation and approved fixes
  • Performance, security and recovery work
  • Hosting, cloud, deployment and environment support
  • Website, application and data migrations
  • Retained technical capacity and project rescue

The final combination, deliverables, responsibilities and sequence are confirmed after discovery. Not every engagement requires every capability listed above.

Engagement Definition

How we define the engagement

  1. Understand the outcome

Clarify what the business needs to change, who it matters to and what already exists.

  2. Identify the dependencies

Review content, technology, data, access, internal capacity and decisions outside the immediate deliverable.

  3. Recommend the starting point

Separate essential work from useful later improvements and explain the sequence.

  4. Confirm scope and ownership

Document deliverables, inputs, review points, responsibilities and the realistic path forward.

FAQs

Questions about support services.

Do you offer monthly support plans?

Yes. Ongoing support can be structured around a defined care plan or retained capacity. The coverage, response expectations and exclusions are confirmed before the engagement begins.

Can you fix a website or app built by another team?

Yes, after reviewing access, code, platform, dependencies and current condition. We do not promise a fix before the issue and its surrounding risks are understood.

Do you provide emergency support?

Emergency project rescue is available subject to current capacity, access and the nature of the issue. A critical request does not automatically mean every part can be resolved immediately.

Do you support WordPress, Shopify and custom applications?

Yes. We provide dedicated support services across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, custom websites, web applications and mobile applications.

Can you recover a hacked website?

We can investigate and provide malware-recovery and security-hardening work where the environment and access allow it. No provider can responsibly guarantee that every compromised system is recoverable.

What is not included in ongoing support?

Coverage depends on the agreement. New features, third-party costs, major redesigns, content production or work outside the approved systems may require a separate scope.
