The opportunity
You will own technical Shopify work across theme development, storefront architecture, app and API integrations, performance, conversion improvements and ongoing support.
What you will do
Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Translate approved designs into responsive, accessible storefront components.
Evaluate and integrate apps, APIs, subscriptions, payments and operational systems.
Work within Shopify checkout, account and platform constraints without fragile workarounds.
Improve storefront speed, merchandising flexibility, analytics and CRO implementation.
Diagnose theme, app, data and integration issues across live stores.
What you will bring
At least two years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
Strong Liquid, theme architecture, HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
Experience with Shopify APIs, app integrations, metafields and modern theme tooling.
Working knowledge of performance, analytics, technical SEO and conversion fundamentals.
A portfolio showing technically substantial Shopify work.
What good work looks like
Storefront changes are stable, editable and aligned with merchant workflows.
App and integration choices account for performance, ownership and recurring cost.
Issues are resolved without creating unnecessary long-term maintenance risk.
